Certified Positions:

School Psychologist

Washington, Indiana
SALARY: Based on Master Teacher Contract
EFFECTIVE DATE: Immediately upon final interview and Board approval
TS: 
Hold or be eligible to hold an Indiana School Psychologist license. 
Quality preparation and/or experiences in Special Education.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Outstanding references.
The ability to relate to students, staff and parents in a positive manner.

A copy of a valid Indiana Teaching License/Indiana Certification and/or C’s;
A personal resume;

Non-Certified Positions:

Paraprofessional

SALARY: Competitive wage based on a 5.5 hour work day.
EFFECTIVE DATE: With Board Approval
REQUIREMENTS:
Instructional paraprofessionals employed after January 8, 2002 must either have completed two years of college, or hold a two-year degree, or pass a state or local assessment.
Have knowledge and understanding of:
Human growth and development and the impact of disabilities as related to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Effective communication skills (oral and written)
